Customer Success Stories – Ella Bache

Sam Doolan from Ella Bache Mordialloc called me in to take a look at her online marketing. At the time Ella Bache was going through a website revamp and Sam wanted to leverage the online marketing tools to increase her business turnover.

Challenge

  1. Knowing how to leverage a website, attract leads and convert them to bookings online
  2. Using Facebook to build a relationship with clientele and communicate promotions
  3. Create an integrated sales and marketing plan that would assist in keeping the Salon busy even in less busy times.

Solution

  1. We both attended the Ella Bache training so we could understand the tools. We also discussed with Shortcuts how to leverage their software and Your Local Salon App
  2. We started communicating again to our current clients using e-newsletters, emails, SMS and in-store promotions
  3. We created an integrated marketing and sales approach with a new website, online store, call to actions and SEO
  4. We updated the website with offers for new customers.
  5. Currently we look after 3 Ella Bache Salons and have created over 100 leads in the first year of working with Mordialloc, Rye Beach and Nunawading.

Results

  1. We are now attracting leads through out offers on the website and Facebook. Our Facebook traffic has grown by 30%.
  2. We are able to track traffic to our website and use social media to build a better relationship with existing clients.
  3. We have a calendar of marketing activities and budget so we can manage what we do and what we don’t do strategically.
  4. Consistent email communications to new and existing clients and bringing them back to the Salon.
  5. We are now leveraging Word of Mouth of the web to get reviews and feedback which also increases bookings.
  6. We have optimised for local search listing Ella Bache Mordialloc in all the directories that are appropriate.
