Sam Doolan from Ella Bache Mordialloc called me in to take a look at her online marketing. At the time Ella Bache was going through a website revamp and Sam wanted to leverage the online marketing tools to increase her business turnover.
- Knowing how to leverage a website, attract leads and convert them to bookings online
- Using Facebook to build a relationship with clientele and communicate promotions
- Create an integrated sales and marketing plan that would assist in keeping the Salon busy even in less busy times.
- We both attended the Ella Bache training so we could understand the tools. We also discussed with Shortcuts how to leverage their software and Your Local Salon App
- We started communicating again to our current clients using e-newsletters, emails, SMS and in-store promotions
- We created an integrated marketing and sales approach with a new website, online store, call to actions and SEO
- We updated the website with offers for new customers.
- Currently we look after 3 Ella Bache Salons and have created over 100 leads in the first year of working with Mordialloc, Rye Beach and Nunawading.
- We are now attracting leads through out offers on the website and Facebook. Our Facebook traffic has grown by 30%.
- We are able to track traffic to our website and use social media to build a better relationship with existing clients.
- We have a calendar of marketing activities and budget so we can manage what we do and what we don’t do strategically.
- Consistent email communications to new and existing clients and bringing them back to the Salon.
- We are now leveraging Word of Mouth of the web to get reviews and feedback which also increases bookings.
- We have optimised for local search listing Ella Bache Mordialloc in all the directories that are appropriate.
